3 lands summer camp

Information 

We are pleased to invite you to our 1st ^edition of the “3 Lands Summer Camp” in the facilities of FC Eupen!

This is a pre-season pre-season training camp for women’s championship-registered teams! The activities are carried out as a team. The coach will choose the intensity of the activity according to the form of his players. This concept is new in Belgium and you will be the first to participate!

CONCEPT:

Saturday: various sports activities in the company of professional sports coaches

o Spinning (1h)

o Running in the cara deposit slot via dana woods (30/45min)

o Physical preparation in workshops (30min)

o Half a training ground (1:30)

o Yoga/stretching (30min)

Each team will receive an individual program of the day with the schedules of the activities

Sunday: tournament 11 against 11 on two courts

• 2 meals per day included in the slot online registration
• Accommodation in tents in sports facilities

INSCRIPTION:

Each team must be made up of a minimum of 11 players. Registration is 35 euros per person (different rates depending on the chosen formula). The team is registered when registration is paid for.

LISTING:

The list of participants must be Daftar Slot Dana provided to us by 31/07/21

Only the players on the list will be able to take part in the course.

Each team must ensure that its players are in an insurance order. We don’t blame ourselves for injuries!
